Recommend MietKorrekt
CHF 15 commission per confirmed CHF 49 case.
MietKorrekt checks the final settlement bill after a move-out – charge by charge, against the handover documents. If you reach people who are moving house or arriving in Switzerland, you can point them to MietKorrekt with a personal link. For every confirmed case that comes about through your link, you receive a fixed commission.
A short form, no registration. We review every application by hand.
- A personal referral link, in German and in English
- No fixed costs, no minimum audience
- The price for customers stays CHF 49.– – no discount, no voucher
- Paid out after an internal confirmation, manually in V1
How the programme works
Six steps, no dashboard, and no small print that you only see after being accepted.
You apply
With your name, a contact address, your channel and a link to your profile or site. We look at whether the programme fits your channel.
You are accepted
If it fits, we set you up as a partner and get in touch by e-mail. We cannot promise acceptance.
You receive your personal link
One referral link for the German and one for the English MietKorrekt page. Both lead to the ordinary start page.
You share it transparently
Wherever it fits your content – with a note that it is a partner link. How and where is up to you.
Someone buys a CHF 49 case
If a person starts a case through your link and pays for the check, the case is attributed to you. The price is the same for them as without a link.
CHF 15 commission, paid out manually
Every confirmed case creates a commission entitlement. We settle the payout with you directly, after confirmation.
The numbers
A fixed amount per case. No percentages, no tiers, no terms that change afterwards.
- Price for the customer
- CHF 49.–One-off, per case. It stays the same whether someone arrives through your link or not.
- Your commission
- CHF 15.–Per confirmed, paid case that came about through your link.
- What counts
- A paid caseNot a click, not a visit, not a case that was started – only the paid check.
No discount code, no vouchers, no subscription, no fixed fee. What we promise publicly is exactly what the system accounts for.
Who the programme is for
A fit for content about housing, moving, relocation and life in Switzerland. What matters is closeness to the topic, not size.
- Content about housing, renting and moving out in Switzerland
- Moving and relocation topics
- Expat content and communities for newcomers
- Local newsletters and neighbourhood or city communities
- Creators on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube with an audience in Switzerland
- Blogs and guide sites about housing
A large audience is not a requirement. A small channel with the right audience is often a better fit than a large one with no connection to the topic. Even so, we cannot guarantee acceptance.
The rules
Short and readable. They protect the people who arrive through your link – and with them you and us.
Disclosure is mandatory
Wherever you share your link, it must be recognisable that this is a partnership – with “partner link” or “ad”, for example. How you word it is up to you; that you do it is not.
Not allowed
- False claims about savings or results – for instance that a check brings money back “for sure”
- Legal advice in MietKorrekt's name, or the impression that you are part of MietKorrekt
- Spam, unsolicited mass messages, bought reach
- Cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, misleading links
- Claims about discounts or promotions that do not exist – the price is the same for everyone
- Ads on brand search terms such as “MietKorrekt” without our written approval
- Any use of customer or case data, in whatever form
- Misleading screenshots, invented results, fake reviews
If a partner breaks these rules, MietKorrekt can end the partnership. The link then still leads to the start page, but new cases are no longer attributed.
Confirmation, refunds, payout
When a case counts as confirmed
As soon as a person who arrived through your link starts a case and pays for the check, your commission entitlement arises. It is confirmed once we have checked the payment internally and no refund or dispute is open.
If a payment is reversed
If a purchase is refunded, disputed or charged back, we hold or reverse the commission – even if that happens later. A commission is therefore only final once it has been paid out.
How payout works
Payouts are handled manually in V1. We settle the payout details with you after you have been accepted into the programme. We do not need bank details for the application.

Frequently asked questions about the programme
How high is the commission?
CHF 15 per confirmed case. A case costs the customer CHF 49.–, one-off. There are no percentages and no tiers.
When does a sale count as confirmed?
When a person has started a case through your link and paid for the check, and we have checked the payment internally – with no open refund or dispute.
Do I need a large audience?
No. What matters more is that your audience lives in Switzerland or is moving there, and that your content fits the topic.
How do I get my referral link?
After acceptance we send you both links by e-mail – one for the German and one for the English page. There is no login or dashboard in this version.
When is the commission paid out?
Manually in V1: we settle the details with you after acceptance. There is no fixed payout day or minimum amount yet, and we do not promise one.
What happens with a refund?
If a purchase is refunded, disputed or charged back, the related commission is held or reversed. We do not automatically claw back commissions already paid out, but we will settle the case with you.
May I run Google Ads?
Not on brand search terms such as “MietKorrekt” or spelling variants of it – that needs our written approval. Ads for your own content are your business.
Is there a discount for people who come through my link?
No. The price is the same for everyone, CHF 49.– one-off. The programme rewards the recommendation; it does not make the check cheaper.
